Integration Supervisor

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Poultry Integration Supervisor to oversee and coordinate poultry integration operations, ensuring efficient farm management, production performance, biosecurity compliance, and strong relationships with contract farmers. The role involves supervising broiler operations from chick placement to harvesting, monitoring farm performance, coordinating with technical and commercial teams, and ensuring productivity, quality, and profitability across the assigned integration territory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day poultry integration operations across assigned contract farms.
• Coordinate chick placement, feed supply, medication, vaccination, and harvesting schedules to ensure smooth farm operations.
• Monitor flock performance, including mortality, feed conversion ratio (FCR), body weight, livability, and overall production efficiency.
• Conduct regular farm visits to ensure adherence to company SOPs, biosecurity protocols, and animal welfare standards.
• Provide technical guidance and training to contract farmers on brooding, feeding, ventilation, litter management, disease prevention, and farm hygiene.
• Ensure timely identification and resolution of production, health, and management issues affecting flock performance.
• Coordinate with veterinarians, hatcheries, feed mills, logistics, and processing teams for seamless operational execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with contract growers and support farmer engagement and retention initiatives.
• Monitor farm infrastructure and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure accurate farm records, production reports, medicine usage, mortality reports, and performance documentation.
• Conduct farm audits and ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory of feed, medicines, equipment, and farm consumables while minimizing wastage.
• Investigate production deviations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Support expansion of poultry integration operations by identifying and developing new contract farmers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and present key performance updates to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets, cost optimization, and customer commitments.
• Ensure timely settlement of farmer accounts and resolve operational issues related to integration activities.

Qualifications

Must have

• Graduate in Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, Poultry Science, Agriculture, or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in poultry integration, broiler operations, poultry farm management, or poultry production.
• Good knowledge of broiler farming, poultry nutrition, vaccination schedules, biosecurity practices, and production management.
• Experience in supervising contract farming operations and managing farmer relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
